Mike Prescott, a New York State certified guide and outdoor enthusiast, will present a program about loons. Mr. Prescott spent three summers working with the Adirondack Cooperative Loon Program observing and photographing loons. He has learned a great deal about the life history of the Common Loon and threats to their future survival. He will share his knowledge and beautiful photography with those interested in learning more about one of the Adriondack’s favorite birds. This program is free and open to the public on Tuesday June 24th, 7:00 pm in the Library’s community room. Please use the side door if the front door is locked. Program is provided by Warren County and the Town of Lake Luzerne.
