Gina M. Kipp is our artist for January. She graduated from Dutchess Community College in May of 1985 as a Graphic Designer. Having studied Illustration, Photography, and 3 Dimensional Design, she began working for Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers in their art department. She worked on Maryknoll Magazine, Revista Magazine, and many book cover designs. She has many book covers all over the world. Read the rest of this entry »

Our community room has a new artist displaying her art. Jean Stratton was a summer resident for over 30 years. Now she and her husband are happily in Hadley year round, living in a cabin they and their children built in the woods by a stream. Read the rest of this entry »

The library has weeded the magazine collection. The discarded magazines will be taken to be recycled unless someone out there wants them. Do you know of a hospital, office, group home or any other place that might want them? Magazines will be saved until November 30th. First come first to choose which ones to take.
